Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one account only on the 40400 platform. Registering multiple accounts to circumvent limits, abuse bonuses, or for fraudulent purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being permanently suspended or closed.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. 40400 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to verify the information provided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access through your negligence.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Account Suspension & Terms Modification Policy

40400 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, promotion abuse, or at the user's own request. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach will not receive any refund for balances obtained through illegitimate means.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures once all conditions have been met.
